基于Petri网的钢铁企业原料供应物流优化

分析了钢铁企业原料供应物流优化的重要性,利用Petri网建模方法和Arena仿真软件对原料到达入库的物流系统进行了分析并提出了优化措施。     

Central Bank Currency Swaps and the International Monetary System

Central bank currency swaps have emerged as a de facto key feature of the international monetary system, with the US Federal Reserve having extensive recourse to them during the financial crisis, and their exploitation by the People’s Bank of China to help internationalizing the renminbi. Combined with the unlimited and exclusive power of central banks to create money these swaps can match the volatility of international capital flows. However, they have so far not been associated with conditionality, and are more precarious than alternative institutional arrangements. Strictly framing the discretionary use of this tool seems unrealistic but an internationally agreed set of principles would enable a fairer and perhaps more efficient exploitation of this instrument.

研究了广义随机Petri网（GSPN）的建模及分析方法,建立了基于GSPN的装备器材供应链流程模型,并将Petri网模型转化为等价的马尔可夫链,得出了供应链模型的主要性能指标,据此分析制约供应链的瓶颈。     

基于Petri网的冷链配送流程仿真优化研究

应用Petri网理论．对冷链配送流程进行优化研究。根据某企业目前的配送流程,利用Petri网理论进行建模。之后运用ExSpect软件对模型进行了仿真。得到仿真结果后,对结果进行分析,并基于效率提高和流程重构两种优化措施对流程进行改进。最后．再次利用软件对改进后的流程进行仿真,说明改进措施的有效性,并增加了随机性仿真,加强仿真结果的可信度。     

Supply chain vulnerability assessment: A network based visualization and clustering analysis approach

Supply chains are large, complex, and often unpredictable. Purchasing and supply managers and supply chain risk managers need methods and tools to enable them to quickly understand how unexpected disruptions in the supply chain start and grow and to what extent will they negatively impact the flow of goods and services. This paper introduces a methodological approach that can be used by both researchers and managers to quickly visualize a supply chain, map out the propagation path of disruptive events from the supply side to the end customer and understand potential weaknesses in the supply chain design; taking into account the structure, connectivity, and dependence within the supply chain. The approach incorporates a Petri net and Triangularization Clustering Algorithm to offer insights into a supply chain network's vulnerabilities and can be used to efficiently assess supply chain disruption mitigation strategies, especially in complex and difficulty to analyze supply chain systems.     

复杂电子装备健康管理系统中参数模糊化处理

针对电子装备故障预测中的预测参数选取并进行模糊化处理,建立电子装备健康管理系统并进行故障预测,设置故障预测参数选取原则,基于模糊Petri网模型提取反映电子装备故障状态的预测参数,并采用基于相关危险度的统计选取出最优故障预测参数。     

Propuesta de un índice para evaluar la gestión del control interno

Derived from its humanitarian mission, to pay quality health care to the population, in hospitals and health facilities is needed reduce the occurrence of events that may threaten the physical and psychological integrity of the patients they serve. One of the strategies to consider to overcome this challenge is the proper implementation of the internal control system, to ensure the sustainability of insurers, by increasing efficiency in the care of people, feasible only within a care model that quantifies and management on population identified and addressed. The objective of this paper was to propose a coefficient to evaluate the internal control management for a hospital entity. This was conceived under the guidelines of the multi-criteria modeling in conjunction with the detection of critical points through Petri nets. For this, the order of importance and fulfillment of the components of Internal Control and in unison the unreliability of critical processes in the entity being identified practical application was determined.

Rise of strategic nets — New modes of value creation

This paper focuses on the type and management of intentionally created business networks called nets. Nets are extensively being used to achieve a variety of benefits over those of a single firm or market transaction. We propose that the effective management of different types of business net is dependent on their underlying value creation logic. Based on this notion a value creation framework of three generic net types - ‘current business nets’, ‘business renewal nets’, and ‘emerging new business nets’ - is suggested. We argue that they pose widely different conditions and requirements for net management. The management mechanisms of these basic net types are then identified and discussed. We contend that the proposed contingency framework captures the complexity and variety of the expanding strategic business nets in a more valid way than the extant classifications of network organizations. The paper contributes to the emerging theory of network management.
